Laserable leatherette sample swatch sets are a great way to display each colour of laserable leatherette. This swatch set includes 33 small rectangles of each colour of leatherette we currently offer.
Product Specifications:
*Each Laserable Leatherette colour rectangle size is approx. 2" x 3"
*Swatch set includes a 10" long ball chain with connector clasp
*Rectangles have no adhesive on the back
*Swatch sets are cut, hole punched and assembled by us in-house
*These swatch rectangles are left blank and can be laser engraved, UV printed or have heat transfer material added
Each Laserable Leatherette swatch set includes one blank 2" x 3" rectangle of each colour listed below and in the following order:
Rose/black engrave, olive green/black engrave, grey/black engrave, rawhide/black engrave, light brown/black engrave, dark brown/black engrave, black/silver engrave, sand/black engrave, rustic/gold engrave, lavender/black engrave, sky blue/black engrave, pink/black engrave, teal/black engrave, cork/black engrave, bamboo/black engrave, rustic/silver engrave, black/gold engrave, basketball/black engrave, football/black engrave, blue/black engrave, white/black engrave, purple/black engrave, marble/black engrave, red/black engrave, blue/silver engrave, neon green/black engrave, neon orange/black engrave, yellow/black engrave, black/black carbon fiber, silver/black carbon fiber, gold/black carbon fiber, grey/black carbon fiber, black/silver carbon fiber
Care Instructions: To clean laserable leatherette items use LA Awesome or a neutral soap with water. it will not leave water spots. Alcohol works well on pen marks. Leatherette does not absorb finger oil.
Colours may not be exactly as shown due to screen variations. Also, some marble swatches may not have much of the grey marbling throughout due to small size of rectangle swatch and with the random placement of marbling per sheet.

RECOMMENDED LASER RASTER SETTINGS:
35 watt DPI 600 Speed 90% Power 35%
60 watt DPI 600 Speed 100% Power 30%
80 watt TROTEC PPI 600 Speed 90% Power 74%
The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results. Settings will vary depending on the brand watt and model
HEAT SETTINGS TO APPLY:
Temperature: 270 degrees
Pressure: Medium
Time: 10-12 seconds
TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS (LEATHERETTE ENGRAVES TO BLACK)
1. Focus right on the leatherette
2. Cleaning should not be necessary with leatherette products. However, if it is use a small amount of LA Awesome on a microfibre towel.
3. Confirm the position of your artwork by testing on a separate piece of leatherette or tape a clear piece of plastic onto the item.
4. Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides
TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS (LEATHERETTE ENGRAVES TO METALLIC)
1. Manually move the laser 1/8 inch out of focus.
2. Ensure the product is level.
3. If any residue occurs wipe the Leatherette clean with LA Awesome on a microfiber towel.
4. Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides
TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS (LEATHERETTE WHITE MARBLE)
1. Manually move the laser 1/8 inch out of focus.
2. Ensure the product is level.
3. Let product rest 30-60 minutes before cleaning
4. If any residue occurs wipe the Leatherette clean with LA Awesome on a microfiber towel.
5. Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides
