How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship your orders between 3 to 9 business days after you make your purchase from our B.C. location.  

Holidays, your location, weather, traffic, high volume shipments and failed delivery attempts are a few factors in delayed delivery time frames that are out of our control.  

If you need your order by a certain timeline, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do the best we can to accommodate.   

What are your store and business operation hours?

We accept orders 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. We only ship Monday to Friday (no shipping on holidays).

Where do you ship?

We only ship in Canada.

Why can't I add more items to my cart?

If we are low in stock with any product(s), when you try to add more than what we currently have in stock, a message will pop up above the "add to cart" button:

Can I return any of my items after purchase?

We offer returns only on a case by case basis.  Item(s) have to be new, unused and returned in original packing.  Contact us here within 24 hours of receiving your order and let us know how we can help you.

You will have to pay the return shipping fees if your item(s) are approved for return.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Discontinued and reduced to clear item(s) are final sale.  

Special orders are final sale.

Any delivery attempt fails, or failure to pick up your package(s) from the post office that end up returned back to us will not be refunded.  However, you can pay an extra shipping fee to have your package re-shipped back to you, only within 5 business days of us receiving your failed delivery package
